1. Services

Vassios Detail Co. provides professional vehicle detailing services, including exterior and interior cleaning, polishing, and protection.

Service descriptions and pricing are available on our website and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and location.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by message.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.

“No-shows” or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the booked service.

Appointment times are approximate; weather or prior delays may affect scheduling.

3. Vehicle Condition

You agree to disclose any existing damage, sensitive materials, or aftermarket features before the service.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the vehicle’s condition requires additional time or products beyond what was quoted.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer.

Prices listed on the website or in promotional materials are subject to change without notice.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for complete customer satisfaction.

If you notice any missed areas or concerns, please notify us within 24 hours of your service, and we’ll make it right.

Due to environmental conditions, some results (e.g., stain removal or paint correction) cannot be guaranteed.

6. Liability

Vassios Detail Co. is not responsible for:

Pre-existing vehicle damage or defects

Items left in the vehicle

Damage caused by worn or defective parts (trim, switches, handles, etc.)

Losses resulting from unforeseen events such as weather, accidents, or equipment failure

We carry liability coverage appropriate for our services and take every reasonable precaution to protect your property.

7. Mobile Service (If Applicable)

For on-location services:

The customer must provide safe, accessible space and permission to work on the property.

Adequate water and power access may be required unless otherwise arranged.

Weather conditions may require rescheduling at our discretion for quality or safety reasons.

8. Garage-Based Service

For vehicles brought to our location:

Customers agree to drop off and pick up vehicles at the scheduled time.

Vassios Detail is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Late pick-ups may incur a storage fee after 24 hours unless arranged in advance.

9. Privacy

All customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

Vassios Detail Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
